At VitoJeweles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any).

  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, pierced jewellery, or custom-made pieces may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


3. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact us at info@vitojewels.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different item or size are subject to product availability. Please contact us to confirm availability before returning the original item.
